Group swimming trainings for triathletes are intended for beginners, advanced and sports swimmers. We adjust the training to the performance and divide our swimmers into categories according to their possibilities. The individual trainings are different with regard to the focus on speed, technique and endurance.

We are most pleased when someone arrives who is initially able to swim in a crawl only 50 m continuously and we will move him further so that he can already handle 3800m !!!
